Exodus Designs and Printing provides custom printing, embroidery, and apparel services. All products are made to order based on customer specifications. Colors, materials, and sizes may vary slightly due to production methods and screen displays.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Custom orders require written approval of artwork and design before production.
  • Full payment or a deposit (as outlined in your invoice) is required to begin production.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods through trusted third-party processors.

4. Turnaround Time & Shipping

  • Standard production time varies depending on the project and quantity.
  • Rush orders may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specified.
  • Exodus Designs and Printing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because most of our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing before production begins.
  • Refunds or reprints for errors must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Exodus Designs and Printing or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
  • By submitting your artwork or designs, you confirm you have the legal right to use them, and you grant us permission to use them for production.

Exodus Designs and Printing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services, including errors, delays, or product defects beyond our control.
